Responsibilities

Develop online and offline sales opportunities in target market segments (countries, regions, industries).

Execute SEM/SEO strategies and digital marketing campaigns, including activities in IT‑focused forums and communities.

Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships through daily communication and follow‑up.

Serve as the first‑line interface for technical support, troubleshooting, and customer nquiries.

Coordinate project implementation and provide support for key accounts and strategic customers.


Requirements

Familiarity with SEM and SEO tools.

Ability to use Google Ads or similar platforms to generate qualified sales leads.

Experience using SEO tools to optimize website visibility and performance.

Hands‑on experience with digital marketing campaigns and online operations in IT‑related forums or communities.

Strong communication skills for engaging with global customers.

A proactive business development mindset, especially in software or IT product sales.

English proficiency: fluent in speaking, writing, and reading.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Telecommunications, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales, digital marketing, or overseas market development for software or IT products.
